Reporting to the Chief Product Officer within the Product Management Department this role is to write, prepare, produce and manage bid responses and sales proposals for our business.

The position will suit an experienced and highly organised professional bidwriter with excellent highly structured written communication and presentation skills who has previous experience of writing proposals and documents for a technical / system type product.

The role covers the following areas of responsibilities:1) Writing and preparation of sales proposals.
2) Manage, write and prepare detailed international tender bid submissions.

You will need to be able to work closely with the product managers and sales teams in order to fully understand the scope of the requirement and be able to fully and precisely address those requirements in the proposals - including the identification of areasthat have been overlooked by either the customer or the business which are ultimately required for the successful delivery.

Ability to write well structured documents.
Ability to understand products and systems of a technical nature.
A high level of common sense and pragmatism, with a positive attitude and ability to resolve problems and overcome barriers.
Highly organised and structured with ability to work with various departments and external agencies to secure the information needed to complete accurate consistently highquality documentation.
An ability to understand and interpret high level system engineering (IT and Civil Engineer System) concepts and structures in order to ensure they are correctly explained an ability to create simple explanatory system diagrams would be beneficial.
