Background

HM Court and Tribunals Service is an agency of the MoJ and provides the supporting administration for the judiciary across England and Wales.

It delivers services to the public directly in court and tribunal buildings, remotely via business centres and some limited services via the internet.

The Reform Programme is a once in a generation opportunity to transform the entire HM Courts and Tribunals Service, enhancing the provision of a world-class justice system, in a manner that provides an improved user experience at reduced cost to the taxpayer.

This will contribute to consolidating the UK's position at the forefront of an increasingly competitive international legal market as well as ensuring access to justice for all.

There will be high expectations of all staff regardless of the job they do and the need for more robust performance management.

To advise and assist the Head of the Regional Support Unit and Delivery Director on security, health and safety and fire safety matters to ensure that the Region complies with HMCTS's operational and legal requirements
To provide real time advice, support and guidance to Cluster Managers and their staff to enable compliance with HMCTS's security and safety policies and requirements
To ensure that minimum security and safety standards are complied with and all areas of significant risk and vulnerability are brought to the attention of local management and escalated if appropriate
To monitor and promote all security and safety activities within the Region, including
