Davies Group are a Professional Services and Technology organisation who provide solutions to the highly regulated markets. We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office.Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support across all teams within the Guernsey office
- Assist within the compliance area
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs
- Assisting in the drafting of Minutes
- Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc
- Posting and reconciliation of daily banking
- Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation
- Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes
- Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically
- Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required
