Job Summary

  • Inspection of semifinished and finished products visually and by use of measuring equipment
  • Recording quality results
  • Carry out Calibration of measuring equipment
  • Ensuring processes are adhered to internal procedures
  • Internal process auditing
  • Maintains a safe working environment
  • Maintains a high standard of housekeeping at all times
  • Supporting production team with quality related investigations
  • Support delivery of KME-Steelworks Ltd Quality commitments
  • Adhering to KME-Steelworks H&S Policies, Quality policy
Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year in similar role
  • Strong knowledge manufacturing drawings
  • Good knowledge of measuring tools
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour
