We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Build team based in the Southern Region.

Responsibilities:


As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Build team, supporting the site based construction team and stakeholders.

Your day to day will include but is not limited to:

  • Recording and managing the complaints, queries & compliments that come through on a regular basis from residents and councillors alike
  • Liaising with the local resident liaison group, neighbour's, councillors, planning officers and statutory authorities to ensure communication is consistent and aligns with the Kier construction logistics plan.
  • Take ownership and undertake strategic review and manage / build on the systems, communication methods and procedures already in place as well as attending supporting and representing Kier at regular and ad hoc meetings
