We are on the lookout for an experienced Fibre Splicer Supervisor to help oversee and ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner, whilst adhering to all Health & safety and ensuring all works is completed to a high standard.

As a Fibre Splicer Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of splicing engineers and be responsible for the end-to-end quality of our fibre network.

Job Responsibilities:

Workload allocation and prioritisation
Training and development of splicers
Ownership of the delivery, quality, and H&S standards
Be able to be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and organise a small team of fibre splicers tasked with ensuring the delivered network is of the highest quality, delivered on time, within budget and safely.
Be the central point of contact and owner of serious incidents within the network
Identification of known errors and remediation plans

To be successful in the role you must have a good knowledge of fibre activity and have splicing experience.
