  • A minimum of 6 months office experience?
  • PC literacy with good typing skills? (Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook are preferable)
  • Good written and verbal communications?
  • An ability to selfmanage your own busy workload and work within a team environment, helping others, when needed?
  • A willingness to be flexible if / when the business requires?
  • An ability to take day to day decisions and complete work within companyset deadlines? (In order to ensure all cases are processed as per the SLAs)?

Our client, a hugely successful organisation based in Wokingham, have a current opening for a Customer Services Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team.


Job Purpose/Summary:

To provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Liaising with customers, clients and 3rd parties to facilitate appointments whilst supporting the network with any queries that arise.


Administrative duties:


  • Making and receiving calls to and from varying 3rd parties including medical professionals, clients and/or their customers
  • Making outbound calls for progress updates and facilitating appointment booking.
  • Providing quality administrative support with good attention to detail when updating system
  • Ensuring all new instructions are entered on the system accurately
  • Case management
  • Booking of appointments
  • Ensuring all new instructions are processed accurately on the system
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are maintained daily
  • Maintaining accurate data records, using Microsoft Office and inhouse systems
  • Uploading documents onto the system
  • Supporting the projectrelated stock/paperwork requests
  • Completing all general administration duties as required
  • Supporting project level tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Working within budget and time constraints
