They are now looking for a Product Executive / Business Administrator to join them on a permanent, fulltime basis.
About the role:
As a Product Executive / Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting our Product Management Team to effectively develop and market our product range, aligning with corporate targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to meet objectives and enhance the quality of our product data.
- Assist in creating catalogue pages, brochures, and direct mail using our product data management system (STEP).
- Provide administrative support to the product team, including the creation of new products and product tables.
- Maintain mínimal error levels and support the team during peak periods, such as proofing pages and pricing.
- Liaise with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure accurate product representation on our website, including image updates, spec changes, and missing information.
- Enhance product content on our data management system by loading additional images, videos, data sheets, and instruction manuals.
- Review and optimize product titles, copy, and metadata to improve our digital SEO performance.

About you:
- Strong Administrative skills, ideally gained in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using product information management systems and digital marketing tools is preferred.
