Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - About the role:

The Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role would see you working with students on a 1:1 and group basis, ensuring they make expected progress with their academic and social development.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you would be working with various stakeholders so strong communications skills are necessary, whilst a patient and supportive attitude is ideal to ensure students progress within school.


Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - This role will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Gain invaluable school & classroom based experience
  • Build & develop your classroom knowledge & practice
  • Support experienced teachers
  • Work across Early Years, KS1 & KS2 phases
  • Offer 1:1 and group support
  • Passion for education
  • Prior SEN experience is desirable

  • Can work on an individual basis and as part of a team
