Are you an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to work in an all-through special needs school in Bedford? As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our skilled team of teachers and support staff to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students.

You will assist in the delivery of tailored educationalprograms designed to meet the unique needs of each individual student, from early years to secondary education, helping them to achieve their full potential and make progress towards their goals.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment for our students
Provide oneonone support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential and make progress towards their goals
Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs designed to meet the unique needs of each individual student, from early years to secondary education
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and outside agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student progress and development
