Description
Excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our People team
We are looking for an HR professional with broad experience including managing ER cases.

You will be confident managing your own workload, working as part of remote team, and keen to develop and progress in HR.

Based at our High Wycombe, providing support to several sites
Hybrid working - office and home.
Willing to travel to other sites, car and driving license are essential.


Key Responsibilities
Working with and coaching managers, providing confident advice and guidance to resolve HR issues, develop solutions and seek continuous improvement
Partnering with the business to support our mission of making Sharp UK a great place to work.
Supporting business change projects/initiatives (including TUPE/Restructure)
Supporting managers in employee relations activities
Contributing to HR policy framework, ensuring they are aligned with our people vision
Adding value to HR service delivery through process improvements and efficiencies, embedding consistency into working practices.
Supporting the recruitment process, attending interview panels, ensuring this is effectively managed in line with KPIs.
Developing long term stakeholder relationships, building a strong reputation as an HR partner
Supporting with HR metrics and analysis
Supporting the development of a learning culture to identify skills gaps and develop learning solutions.


Experience
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or degree and looking to attain CIPD
Demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor in a commercially focused environment
Experience managing ER cases (ideally including TUPE, restructures) within employment law and best practice.
Partnering proactively and collaboratively
Proactive approach to problem solving
Experience working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
Strong team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done.
Highly organised, willing to do necessary admin, Excel skills
Flexible and resilient with proven ability to adapt to a changing environment
Courage to challenge, give feedback and have difficult conversations
Can empower, influence and build confidence with key managers so that they are confident to resolve issues and find their own solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible approach to work
Experience of using HR systems
Experience of payroll and E Leaning systems is helpful
Previous experience of managing People related projects and leading people initiatives
