Our client are from the Building and Construction industry and are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their team based in Hitchin on a permanent basis.

Description
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues
To write or review all relevant notes and letters as required and sending them out in a timely manner
Creating, implementing and and administrating employee policies
Interpret and advises on employment legislation
Identifying ways to improve existing policies and procedures
Advising on company benefits packages
To ensure that all selfcertification forms and doctor's notes, where required, are provided by employees who are absent due to sickness
To build and maintain strong productive relationships with site managers and attend appropriate meetings as required.
Delivering on Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding, employee terms and conditions of employment, benefits and related processes

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will show:

Experience working within a similar role and in a fast-paced environment

CIPD Level

Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation
Excellent administrative and organisational skill with the ability to prioritise/multitask.
Ability to work on own initiative
Good problemsolving ability
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
