Description
Responsibilities:
- Capture highquality images of residential and commercial properties, including exteriors, interiors, and architectural details.
- Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and homeowners to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Utilize a variety of lighting techniques and equipment to create visually appealing images in a range of conditions.
- Edit and postprocess images using professional software to enhance their quality and impact.
- Maintain a wellorganised and efficient workflow to meet deadlines.
- Stay uptodate on the latest trends and techniques in property photography.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional property photographer.
- Proven track record of capturing highquality images of both residential and commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of architectural photography principles and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and tripods.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and efficient with a strong work ethic.

£26.37-£31.31 per hour
