Description

Responsibilities:

Capture highquality images of residential and commercial properties, including exteriors, interiors, and architectural details.
Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and homeowners to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Utilize a variety of lighting techniques and equipment to create visually appealing images in a range of conditions.
Edit and postprocess images using professional software to enhance their quality and impact.
Maintain a wellorganised and efficient workflow to meet deadlines.
Stay uptodate on the latest trends and techniques in property photography.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional property photographer.
Proven track record of capturing highquality images of both residential and commercial properties.
Strong understanding of architectural photography principles and techniques.
Proficient in the use of professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and tripods.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent editing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and efficient with a strong work ethic.
