In your role as Solar Roofing Supervisor you will oversee our variety of solar teams, ultimately to ensure quality & efficiency throughout our nationwide installs.


Salary:
£40,000 + Bonus per year
The role will require a mixture of site-based work and office-based work.

The office work will be in our Head Office - Swansea Marina and site work will cover Wales and South West of England.

We will provide you with company van and fuel card.


Your Role:


  • Set goals & objectives for the teams and provide guidance and support helping the teams achieve success.
  • Attend meetings, coordinate work schedules and provide daily site feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Conduct regular team meetings communicating updates, sharing information, and addressing concerns or questions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Enforce Health & Safety procedures and record findings on site.

Skills and Experience:


  • Solar install experience
  • Roofing Experience
  • Previous experience in management preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees.
  • Problem solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient IT Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
