Signature are proud to be recruiting for a global and growing FMCG company who are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their hardworking and friendly team on a fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand in a generalist role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting to know what makes managers tick and how to support with recruitment, training and development and performance management, as you'll be working closely with certain areas of the business in providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Responsibilities:

Providing advice, support and coaching across all HR issues
Managing cases for all employee relations issues, including absence, performance disciplinary and grievances
Coaching managers through complex cases ensuring all managed effectively
Providing an effective recruitment process across permanent and temporary positions
Supporting the development of new policies and procedures
Providing support to HR Manager and the team with projects

The key skills you will need:

Experience in a number of HR roles
Experience working within a large company
A proactive approach to working
Experience of challenging and coaching managers
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a fixed term contract paying £27,000-£35,000 per year.

The hours are full time, Monday to Friday and due to the location, having your own transport is highly recommended.
