Our client is an independent bodyshop, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.


In this job, you will:

  • Handle booking queries.
  • Book customers in.
  • Organise estimates.
  • Log claims.
  • Organise drivers.
  • Take payments.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • ChesterleStreet, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
