This role is an integral part of the Supply Chain team ensuring both business and customer expectations are met. The role will require a dynamic individual who is able to build strong and effective working relationships.

Responsibility for organisation of the stores intake and out loading
Recording movements on Movex system
Intake, outtake and internal stock management of pallets
Liaising with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Participating actively in suggestions contributing towards continuous improvement
Promoting team work and efficiency within department
Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
Driving of a Reach, Pallet ride on and Counterbalance Truck
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and any issues or near misses are reported accordingly
Complete routine tasks without being prompted including any other duties relating to this role and Factory environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction
Ability to challenge others in a professional and constructive manner
Understanding of site KPI's and how these are calculated
Knowledge of customer requirements and specific retailer codes
Self-motivated with a positive outlook

Ability to communicate clearly with others and good literacy
Proficient in the use of IT systems
Demonstrate a proactive manner whilst being an effective team worker
MHE Certificates in Reach Truck, Ride on Truck and Counter Balance - preferred.
