Salary:
£22k - £25k (depending on experience)

I am working with a fantastic organisation located in Bolton who are looking for an Administrator to join their HR team - if you have solid office administration experience and are looking to get into HR this role would suited to you.

Manufacturing backgrounddesired but not essential.


More about the role

  • Dealing with frequent visitors.
  • Answering phone call enquires.
  • Managing a personal and HR inbox.
  • Resporting directly to the HR Director and HR Business Partner, escalating queries as and when required.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
  • Supporting project work as and when required.
  • Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
  • All areas of HR administration.
