I am working with a fantastic organisation located in Bolton who are looking for an Administrator to join their HR team - if you have solid office administration experience and are looking to get into HR this role would suited to you.

- Dealing with frequent visitors.
- Answering phone call enquires.
- Managing a personal and HR inbox.
- Resporting directly to the HR Director and HR Business Partner, escalating queries as and when required.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
- Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
- Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
- Supporting project work as and when required.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
- All areas of HR administration.
