We are looking for an insight-driven and enthusiastic paid social expert with proven experience of successfully leading paid social activity at an agency or in-house.


Given the nature of paid social media and how it's constantly evolving, this role requires you to stay on top of best practice, spot trends and feed these back to the wider team so that we can deliver the best online experience possible to our supporters,donors, patients, and their families.


Role Overview


We're looking for an experienced paid social media expert to bring insight, passion, and talent to the organisation with the expertise to deliver in-house campaigns.


About the Team


This role sits within our Marketing and Communications Directorate, which is made up of Brand, Design, Communications and Digital Engagement teams.

You'll be working within the Digital Engagement team and will work closely with the Fundraising Directorateto deliver our paid social media strategy and lead on end-to-end delivery of paid social media campaigns, with a focus on full funnel marketing.


About You


You'll have 2-3 years of experience working in paid social media, taking a data-led and audience-first approach to your work.

You will have proven experience in delivering high performing social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
