That's why we are looking for an experienced Regional Technology Support Specialist to provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites, who can provide a high standard of support to Nuffield Health IT users

In this field based role delivering an excellence in technology service, as an Technology Support Specialist / Technology Support Engineer your duties will be:
Contribute to the support and implementation of the end user computing platform in order to deliver maximum value to Nuffield Health
Deliver a high standard of support to Nuffield Health technology users
Provide desk-side support within dedicated region / cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites
Provide 2nd line support remote support to end users within the dedicated region
Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction
To resolve incidents and handle service requests in a professional and timely manner
Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service

To succeed as a Regional Technology Support Specialist, you will need a full UK driving license and be able to demonstrate experience of:
Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner
Providing technical support remotely and on-site
Working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation including incident, problem and change management
Managing a complex, national multi-site IT infrastructure
Technical ability of Windows 7-10 (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Technical ability of Microsoft cloud technologies such as Office365 and Azure
Technical ability of supporting major outages
Technical ability of supporting printing, telephony, audio visual, specialist software and hardware support in 1st to 3rd line capacity
