IT Service Desk Analyst
Salary - £20-24,000 per annum
Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days remote
Your responsibilities include
- Configuring and troubleshooting support issues
- Document all user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
- Prioritise and schedule problems.
- Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced support analyst.
- Closing completed queries to avoid escalation
- Work in accordance with ITIL processes and procedures
- Active Directory administration
- Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Supporting different mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone/iPad, Android)
- Service Now knowledge (or similar ITSM knowledge)
- Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFDs (multifunction devices), PC's, and all peripheral items
- Contributory pension
