How you'll change it up


You'll be joining our Legal team, engaging with different business units to manage compliance with legislation and corporate governance requirements, as well as assisting our Company Secretary with any secretarial and filing needs.

Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:


  • Understanding key legislative and corporate governance requirements across CityFibre
  • Supporting the business to identify and document key mitigations and controls
  • Regularly reviewing and updating analysis to accommodate business changes
  • Ensuring quality and consistency for documented policies and processes
  • Providing company secretarial support across the Group
  • Complying with the daytoday Companies House filing requirements, including corporate filing related to any group simplification exercise and following any corporate transaction

What you'll bring to the role
You'll already bring with you some company secretarial and compliance experience, as well as:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a wider team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
