A global private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to deliver administrative support services to its Operating team, comprising of 6 individuals including two Managing Directors.


Located in stunning offices in the West End, this Executive Assistant role includes complex international travel logistics, back-to-back diary management, coordinating Board and committee meetings and processing expenses.

As this is a busy and fast-pacedrole, you will thrive under pressure and demonstrate a proven track record of managing competing priorities daily.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience supporting a busy team in Financial Services (at MD level)
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly and work under pressure
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
