Investigo are exclusively recruiting an experienced accounts assistant to work on an interim basis for a client within the construction industry.
This role sits within a business who has a fantastic finance team and would welcome a new addition.If you are someone who is available immediately and can commit to a role for 3 months then please get in touch.
In your role you will be responsible for
- Preparation of monthend accounts
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of detailed financial analysis
- Asset reporting and maintenance
- Development of controls
- Sales reporting and invoicing
- Ad hoc management reporting
- Yearend reporting
- Support to the Head of Finance and wider finance team
Essential skills for the role
- AAT qualified or equivalent
- 2 + years Assistant accounts experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent excel knowledge
