Responsibilities:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing oneonone or small group support to students who may need extra assistance.
Assisting in planning and preparing learning materials.
Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a love for learning.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with primary schoolaged children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
