Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our growing UK team


Responsibilities & Qualifications:

A Day in the Life

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Representatives
  • Be a leader that inspires sales excellence and continual momentum
  • Ensure that processes are adhered and followed
  • Drive and take full ownership for performance to target while maintaining quality
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors clearly
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

We are looking for someone who brings...

  • 3+ years of strong leadership/management experience of a sales team, with a focus on training, coaching, and motivation
  • 5+ years of work experience as an Inside Sales Representative
  • 2+ Years experience in the education sector
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience selling in the tech industry
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Contagious positivity
  • An aggressive, competitive and committed attitude
  • Selfmotivation with a desire to be successful
