CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Hybrid working between your home and a modern Blackpool office.

***We require a highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead an established customer service team.

Working for a profitable manufacturer, who supply into a large client base, the successful Customer service supervisor will be involved in the following:
The Role

  • Leading an established team of customer service team leaders
  • Deputising for the customer service manager during holidays
  • Allocation and prioritization of workload for the team
  • Advising customers on realistic time frames
  • Preparing quotations
  • Customer service advice and support
  • Liaison within internal departments to ensure client time frames are met

The Person:
My client is passionate about customer service and continuous improvement and focuses on their customer and employee needs.
