The Role
The Director of Sales will report to the General Manager
You will be focused on driving new business and ensuring existing accounts are maximized to their full potential.
Selling to the MICE and Corporate sectors

The Director of Sales has no direct reports but will liaise / work very closely with the in-house sales team.

You
You will currently have experience of being a Sales Manager as a minimum.
You will have high standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
You will have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
You will have the flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
You will have excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills.

The Property

The property is a four-star, full-service hotel, part of a national hotel company with one hundred and ten plus bedrooms with excellent meeting and event space and great leisure facilities.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-supported sales team as a Director of Sales.
