We're currently looking for a driven eCommerce Support Assistant to join a well-established and world-renowned organisation based in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role, working 8am-4pm Monday - Friday and offering up to £26K dependant on experience.

If you're looking to be part of a small and busy team, are an excellent communicator who is highly organised, detail focussed, and process driven, then this might be the role for you

The Role:

Working across a variety of brands and growing sales opportunities across eCommerce channels
Assist with managing how the company sells it's good on their website, Amazon and eBay
Efficiently answer customer enquiries
Effectively working on data to add new products to various websites
Assist with dispatching orders
Support with stock control
Provide excellent customer service

You:

Experience working with Amazon, eBay or an eCommerce platform would be advantageous
Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal
Can show a flexible approach to work and can adapt to any situation
Knowledge of eCommerce software such as Channel Advisor, VOLO, Channel Grabber, Store Feeder is desirable
Customer focused
A team player with a positive and 'can do' attitude
