Industrial Door Key Account Co-ordinator

Salary:
£24, £27,000.00 per year

Location:
Bristol

We are seeking a Key Account Co-ordinator to be a dedicated point of contact for major corporate key accounts.

Providing support and management for existing contracts for the maintenance, reactive repairs of security, fire, and Industrial doors across theUK.

Key Account Co-ordinator Key responsibilities:

Manage customer expectations and achieve KPI targets
Asset management
Prepare quotations for reactive works
Arrange emergency callouts
Manage and renewal of maintenance contracts
General account administration
Sales order processing & Purchase order processing
Providing reporting account information for clients
Updating of Customer portals

Key Account Co-ordinator Skills Experience:

Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and problemsolving skills
Effective and dedicated customer service or facility management background is necessary, Door Industry knowledge would be beneficial.
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to manage own workload
Evidence of successfully working to KPI's
Commercial awareness
