Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct oneonone or small group tutoring sessions with students
Assess students' academic needs and create personalized learning plans
Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance student learning
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized education plans for students with special needs
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Familiarity with tutoring techniques and resources
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
