CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR/ADVISOR

Mon-Thur 8.30am-4.45pm

Fri 8.30am-3.30pm

Office based or Hybrid working however during someone's training / probation period they'd need to be on site full time

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a business with over 20 years industry expertise. You will join a small and efficient team

To ensure all customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
Providing office support to the sales team where necessary with a view to achieving departmental goals.
Achieving group targets as defined by your line manager.
End to end management of the order book process
Entry of sales orders
Allocation of stock where appropriate
Issue resolution with customers
Working with quality control and warehouse to resolve issues and expedite orders
Working with purchasing to secure ETA dates
Working with IT team to enhance systems and processes that improve customer service
Arranging returns from customers where appropriate and raising Returns Authorisations
Processing web based sales orders
Setting up customer profiles to give them web site access

Communication

Ensure effective communication including the dissemination of information accurately and timely to support effective team working and holding the customer at the heart of each decision.
Act at all times as an ambassador for the organisation and maintain positive and effective communication both internally and externally to the organisation.
Produce clear, legible and consistent written documentation as required.

Mon-Thur 8.30am-4.45pm

Fri 8.30am-3.30pm

Hybrid working is possible however during someone's training / probation period they'd need to be on site full time

22 days per year plus all bank holidays.

The business closes over Christmas for a week
