Description
we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Area Supervisor to work within the Liverpool and Warrington Area.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage a team of employees in a designated area
  • Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve company goals
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise
  • Driving sales and organising planned deep cleans

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Cleaning experience and an understanding off COSSH

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,500.00 per year
