An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Officer to join an exciting and diverse team in the Quality Directorate.


The post holder will establish and maintain a business support infrastructure necessary to assist the Quality Directorate in meeting the Trusts objectives and targets.

To analyse reports and extract data from all report formats for all Key Performance Indicators. To provide administrative support to the Business and Performance Manager and other heads of services as required.

  • Ongoing reporting on performance and activities internally and externally
  • Creating, updating, maintaining, and improving records and reports.
  • Interrogating data and creating appropriate reports to support the clinical team
  • To undertake other duties as may be required suitable to the banding of the post.
