The Marketing Assistant is a busy and varied role, where you will be working amongst an amazing team who work well together.


Working with colleagues and senior managers internally, you will be someone who loves to communicate with a wide range of people and be involved in a wide range of projects.


As a snapshot your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the pitch process including research, client and competitor analysis, writing tailored responses, and preparing teams for pitch meetings.
  • Lead on the production of sales and marketing support materials.
  • Provide support for international trip planning.
  • Support event and webinar planning including the creation of invitations, presentation materials, and delegate lists.
  • Support for the alumni programme including data management, reporting and alumni enquiries.
  • Prepare briefing materials and client targeting analysis ahead of events and support follow up activity to support ROI.
  • Maintain sector and practice area intranet pages.
  • Support the coordination of digital activities including client ealerts, publications and newsletters.
  • Management of merchandise and collateral stock.
  • Setting up and running external webinars.
  • Assist on major campaign activities.
  • Working on a CRM system to maintain good data

The Successful Applicant:


You will be a graduate calibre individual who may be looking for their first opportunity within the corporate world, or someone who comes with some similar experience within a law firm and looking to develop your career.

You will be confident communicating with a wide range of individuals, and confident liaising with senior managers.


In addition, you will have strong content writing skills and love a role where you will be constantly busy with a varied workload.
