We have a full time opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator / Stock Controller to join our Drinks Inc team in Belfast.


The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage all stock allocation on system SAGE 200 for customer orders.
  • Despatch and invoice all customer orders.
  • Credit processing
  • Monthly Date Checks
  • Manage and record Damages.
  • Stock Allocations to pick location.
  • Stock relocations/Gap analysis
  • Stock Queries from sales team
  • Allocation of New stock lines
  • Weekly cycle counting
  • Stock Take Prep
  • Stock Holding Reports
  • Daily Stock Adjustments
  • General Stock Duties
  • Compliance with Bonded warehouse for HMRC
  • Liaison with reorder team
  • To ensure all company policies are adhered too according to all stock control SOPs for compliance management.
  • Perform any other duties within the warehouse.

Essentail Criteria:


  • Previous warehouse experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of stock systems and excel and Microsoft systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player with experience in working to deadlines.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and organise the shift duties.
  • High level of productivity
  • A good knowledge of Math's & English
  • Flexible and available to work outside normal working hours if required.
