Central Services Manager

Leeds

£35,000 - £45,000
Mainstay are working alongside an award winning, multi-discipline service provider. Some disciplines being security, cleaning, grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance.


They are on the lookout for an experienced Central Services Manager to lead their team, help manage business growth and be a key decision maker when it comes to problem solving.


Role:


  • Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience, including problem solving and ensuring a smooth running process
  • Business development, department growth and also staff recruitment/retention
  • Provide customer service training to more inexperienced members of staff
  • Liaise with sales and operations team to continuously look for ways to improve customer service
  • Ensure a happy and positive work environment and make sure all rules and regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Plan and maintain budget
  • Review all processes and continuously look for ways to make these more time and cost effective
  • Computer literate, specifically within Excel and CAFM systems
  • Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Desirable
  • Ability to problem solve and be confident enough to make decisions on your own initiative
  • Knowledge of workplace and health and safety regulations
  • Great communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Accurate and have a keen eye for detail
