We at resolve recruitment are proud to be able to offer a permanent position on behalf of our client, working as an admin assistant in the Brierley hill area.
You will be joining a successful and sustainable team of 6 working in the office. Talking to customers and clients regarding the sales and distribution of machinery. Immediate starts available.Role overview-
Our client is looking for someone who can jump from job to job and a general all-rounder. Someone who is happy to fit in to an already pleasant working environment. We require the following skills
- Spread sheets.
- Answering the phone. Whether this be taking orders from customers, making appointments for service engineers.
- Actioning service engineer reports and invoicing after their visits.
- Booking hotels.
- Checking on customers ordering patters and sending out reminders to customers who haven't ordered.
- Filing (This job is shared throughout the office.)
- Making tea (This job is shared throughout the office.)
- Following up customer enquiries.
- Covering other jobs when people on holiday.
Skills Required-
- Someone who has spent time working this environment.
- Confident and clear spoken.
- Polite and friendly.
- Experience in using spreadsheets.
- May suit someone who drives as the office is quite a walk away from anywhere on the site.
What this position offers-
- Full time permanent position.
- Monday-Friday.
- 9.30am3pm.
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays.

- Nice office environment.
