ScribePro is looking for an experienced technical lead to join our growing team.

ScribePro is all about the product and so as developers we are a crucial part of the team.

Rather than focusing on just delivering code, we're looking for team members to be engaged in the whole product and take the necessary time to build high quality features, define the architecture and tech-stack and deliver simple, user-friendly software.


We're a small team solving problems we're all passionate about, our culture is relaxed and supportive and we are all dedicated to making a difference with our products and delivering something excellent.

We are established in the world of sports medicine with our first product ScribePro Team; our customers include FIFA, SFA and SRU.

Our second product is at an extremely exciting stage of development and has incredible potential to make a real difference to other pre-hospital care settings.


We are looking for people who want to contribute positively to our team, grow with the company and get stuck in to achieving the ambitious targets we've set ourselves.

Role responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and reliable software solutions for our health tech products
  • Work closely with other engineers to define technical requirements and make architectural decisions
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure highquality code
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to improve their technical skills
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software development
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products

Essential

  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience with architecting and designing largescale systems
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with web frameworks such as React, Angular, or
  • Experience with mobile development (react native)
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
