**Supervisor
Social Housing
East / North London
£40,000 - £45,000+ Package**Regen Solutions are currently looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join an in house team covering North & East London.
You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover reactive repairs. You will be responsible for a team of around 50 Operatives and office staff.

You will be confident to give advice to operatives on complex jobs and hard fixes and will be responsible for interacting and engaging regularly and taking ownership of developing capability and ongoing professional development of the individuals in the team.


Duties include:

  • Supervisor
  • Managing a large team within a Maintenance within Social Housing/Local Authority role
  • Clear and Concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Tool box talks
  • Knowledge of trades and maintenance
  • Ability to deliver KPIs and manage budgets
  • Job per day report
  • Interviews and inductions for new hires
  • Post & pre inspections
