The main role of the Internal Recruiter will be to identify and support current and future hiring needs of the business

The client is a manufacturer based in Sutton.


Description
The key responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter based in Sutton will be to:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job adverts for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Design and implement employee referral programs
  • Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation
  • Help new hires onboard

Profile

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Able to work in a standalone position
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Driving License (Ideal)

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Full time, permanent role based in Sutton
  • Office based environment
