Great reception role within a Finchley based Accountancy Firm

About Our Client:


A great opportunity to work within an SME accountancy firm based in
Finchley. They have 30 employees and 5 partners.

You will be based on their Front of House, reception desk.


As Front of House/Administrator the main responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering calls and taking messages, always ensuring appropriate actions are carried out in a timely manner
  • Dealing with the post and ensuring that it is actioned appropriately
  • Producing client invoices and drafting letters for clients
  • Setting up new clients on our inhouse Client Database, amending existing details ensuring all records are up to date and using the database to generate letters as required
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks required

The Successful Applicant:


  • With experience in a similar position, you will be highly organised and confident at working on your own and using your own initiative.
  • You will have a focus on providing excellent customer service and ideally have experience of working in a professional services environment.
  • With strong attention to detail, you will be adept at all elements of Microsoft Office and previous experience of using databases and data entry are required.
  • It would be ideal if you have experience using our inhouse accountancy system 'CCH' but we understand that this isn't always possible.
  • If you have a desire to achieve a high level of customer service, have the ability to juggle conflicting priorities all whilst remaining calm and professional then this could be the opportunity for you.

What's on Offer:

A generous salary between 30k-35k with additional bonus and benefits. **CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO FINCHLEY
