Field Sales Rep

Salary:
Circa £40k

Location:
London
My client is a well-established metal fabricator that is looking for a field sales rep to join their team.

Ideally somebody no further than 1 hour journey into central London.

Field Sales Rep - Job Role:

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Meet and exceed established sales targets
The ability to demonstrate success through generating own leads, prospecting and winning business on a daily basis
Have strong sales, prospecting, presentation and communication skills
Determined to not only meet targets but exceed them
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Able to build long lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
Accurate administration
Although experience in field sales could be an advantage the role would also be suitable for someone who feels they are ready for a career in field sales

Field Sales Rep - Person Requirements:

Previous sales experience is ideal
Someone who values being part of a small closeknit team rather than a small part in a large organisation.
Someone who enjoys getting out 'on patch' on a daily basis, liaising and networking with customers.
Someone less interested in climbing the corporate ladder (there are around 65 employees in the business) and more so in being rewarded for their work.
Adaptability and attitude are more important than experience.
