My client based in Poole is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team.

You will look after the Full Health and Safety services across the organisation to ensure all policies and practices are followed.

Duties:

Ensuring all team members are compliant and the company matrix is updated on a regular basis.
You will be reviewing and populating CPP and RAMs ensuring team are fully aware of the obligations set out.
You will be responsible for ensuring all employees are up to date with H&S Compliance/training and delivering such information
To complete the H&S Onboarding for new employees to ensure they are aware of the companies obligations
You will be responsible for completing the annual renewal for accreditations

Experience/Knowledge Required:

Have experience working within a construction/Building Industry
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Be a strong communicator
Be able to handle pressure
Strong knowledge and understanding of environmental and health and safety and legal framework
Be able to foresee a risk and acting to prevent injuries
