Private Funds Lawyer's Role
The successful Private Funds Lawyer will work with a varied range of clients, representing them in high-value, multi-billion dollar acquisitions

The Private Funds Lawyer will work with and advise some of the largest and most well-known global conglomerates on a range of transactional needs.

The Private Funds Lawyer

Qualified solicitor in England Wales or similar jurisdiction
Strong track record of working in private funds
Experience of highvalue transactional support
Excellent academic track record
Experience in an international law firm is desirable but not essential
