Are you a keen Lettings Negotiator looking to join a multi-award-winning team in the heart of Southport?

We are currently looking for a high-performing Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their extremely successful team in Southport, Merseyside

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work full time

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered

Up to a basic of £25,000
Generous commission structure (UNCAPPED)
Great company benefits and incentives

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

Worked within the role previously.
Basic IT skills
Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
Strong customer service skills
A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
Ability to close business
Personable

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.
Building excellent rapport with Tenants and landlords alike
Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
Being proactive to achieve new business opportunities.
Dealing with tenants moveins
Dealing with offers
Answering incoming calls and queries
