In Customer First we provide a range of Services across two Local Authority areas. Within Environmental Protection we are committed to raising the standards of Public health and Environmental Protection locally.

The role also includes areas under Environmental Protection i.e investigation and enforcement of complaints involving disposal of waste on private land, overgrowth on private land, investigation of complaints involving verminous premises, investigation and enforcement of noise complaints and other areas under statutory nuisance.

You will be expected to work on a set caseload and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a practical outlook and show initiative and be willing to be part of a dynamic team.

Experience and qualifications are required in Environmental Health enforcement.
