Position Summary:

The role of Site Support Operative is to support the business area (forge) in its operational excellence and delivery objectives.

Within the role you need be able to multi-task and have the ability to use a forklift truck and to be aware of all health and safety regulations within the business.

The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer-driven innovation, and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

The movement of Forge product and consumables around the facility.
The movement of dies and tools to either their storage location or dieshop for repair.
Adherence to the relevant SOP's and work instructions.
Adherence to the Companies Quality Management systems
Identify ways of improving productivity
Identify and support Continuous Improvement activities'

Qualifications:

FLT Qualified
Effective at planning, prioritising and organising tasks and activities
Good communication skills and selfmotivated
Team player
Conscientious approach to work with good attention to detail
Excellent timekeeping punctual and reliable
