Job title - Senior UC Engineer - Mitel

Salary - £45,000-50,000 per annum + package + on call

Location - remote, with travel to site when required

Concept Resourcing are working with a leading IT Managed Service Provider looking to add an experienced Senior UC Engineer to their projects team.

The main purpose of this role will be delivering UC projects for my client's customer base, as well as supportwith BAU activities and maintaining contact centre environments at a 3rd line level.

Experience working within a Mitel environment is essential.

Although this role will primarily be remote based, you will be working closely with the field team so must be ableto travel to customer sites when required.

Experience working within a Mitel Contact Centre environment and delivering solutions to customers
Mitel accredited
SIP and networking knowledge
Field based experience
Experience working with an MSP and VAR
Excellent communicator displaying high levels of customer service
8x8 experience would be beneficial
Hold a UK driving license and access to own vehicle
