Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Liaison. As a Liaison, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has strong communication skills.


Duties:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information
  • Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data entry
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments
  • Upsell products or services to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling client calls and inquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Log complaints and follow procedures

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary:
From £18,473.54 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
